twinkling streetlights down below
as we travel at the speed of light
with you by my side
constant companion, almost lover
but my eyes are filled with
nothing except your starlight
the sky expands before us
all too soon, day will be upon us
and these stars will disappear
as i rest safely in your magic
wishing these nights will never fade
down below, a string of reality pulls me
but i dont fall, no
your starlight is ever present
and i fall safely
into the stats that surround us
completely.
